Day 1

Arrival in Acceglio, check-in at the accommodation.
Dinner with typical traditional dishes. Overnight stay.

Day 2

Breakfast in the accommodation and transfer to the Sorgenti del Maira, where the Piergiorgio Frassati itinerary begins. The walk begins with a climb among the larch trees that quickly leads to Lago Visaisa, located in a basin. We continue, reaching the Bonelli bivouac and Lago Apzoi, under Mount Oronaye. Continue in the direction of the Passo della Cavalla and descend towards Grange Pausa. Continue on a military road to Chiappera. Check-in at the accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Breakfast and departure for the tour of the Provencal-Castello range, a very panoramic ring route that goes from Chiappera to the Colle Greguri, skirting Provenza, Rocca and Torre Castello, mountains loved by mountaineers. From here we go down to Grange Collet and take an old military trail that leads up to the Stroppia Falls, the highest in Italy. Return to the hotel before the bus transfer to Marmora. Check-in at the accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Breakfast. Free day to relax. alternatively, the possibility of taking a walk through the hamlets of Marmora, following in the footsteps of Giors Boneto, an itinerant painter born in Paesana, in the Po Valley, who painted numerous brightly coloured religious murals on the houses and pillars in the hamlets.
Return to the accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

Breakfast and departure for the return journey.
