Day 1

In the afternoon, make your way by car to Saint-Veran, a delightful alpine town in the heart of the Queyras, not far from the Italy-France border, where wood is the byword. On the way there, make sure you stop to take photos at the stunning Col Agnel, where you are certain to see marmots, goats, horses and of course… lots of cows! Dinner and accommodation.

Day 2

After breakfast, the meeting place is at the Adventure Park which has a thrilling treetop walkway, an excellent compromise between climbing and via ferrata, perfect for families! Own arrangements for lunch in the picnic area. In the afternoon, a visit and a mini wood workshop await you: carving, mountain motifs, refined craftsmanship. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3

After a breakfast based on typical products including the ever-present "pain au chocolat", the morning is dedicated to an exciting baptism of water: a rafting trip down the Guil, a torrent with a strong personality. Starting out from beneath the medieval castle along a particularly thrilling natural gorge in a wild environment, it is sure to be an unforgettable experience! Own arrangements for lunch. In the afternoon visit to a farm and tasting of typical cheeses. Dinner and hotel accommodation.

Day 4

After breakfast we bid farewell to St Veran and return to Italy, to Pontechianale, where we reach the summit with the chairlift; own arrangements for a high-altitude lunch. On our return, a traditional "merenda sinoira" based on tasty local cheeses and salami, entrance and guided tour of the Costume Museum. Dinner and hotel accommodation.

Day 5

After breakfast, departure for the Sentiero dei Sarvanot trail, a beautiful walk in the woods where children can have fun searching for mischievous wood elves.
