The stage starts from the Abbey of Vezzolano. From here it leads you to the nearby Colle della Crocetta and you take path n. 101 towards Castelnuovo Don Bosco. You go through woods and vineyards, crossing the Rio di Nevissano towards the hamlet of Bardella. Once you reach the little church of San Michele Arcangelo and Case Tarantino you arrive at the Church of Santa Maria in Cornareto. Near the SP16 turn towards the village of Castelnuovo in the direction of Piazza Don Bosco and from here there are a series of hairpin bends that flank the Church of Sant'Andrea and San Sebastiano in the direction of Albugnano. Continuing on, you will come across a series of farmsteads near the hamlet of Ranello, where you turn left towards the wooded area as far as the bottom of the valley. Once you reach the SP81 road, cross it and you will reach a small bridge that leads to the San Domenico Savio path, which leads to Morialdo after a 3-km walk. From here, turning left onto the SP130 you reach Colle Don Bosco.
